Master Class 2020

The Department of Hotel Management conducts the Master Chef Class, where budding chefs from the final year of Hotel Management will showcase one of their signatures every week. The budding chefs are mainly told to showcase on their mother cuisine. It’s for all those who are curious to learn and interact with the chef's here.

Chefs are told to showcase a dish from their mother cuisine which is very unique, soulful and has seasonal ingredients according to the season we have conducted and present it to the crowd. Later the recipe and ingredients list was collected as a guide for the viewers to try the same dish at their comfort zones.

  This was the first time we are doing the Masterclass with such a well-planned and organized team in a virtual mode with the help of Google Meet. The Masterclass starts from 11am to 12pm and 12pm to 1pm on all Fridays on Google meet platform where the video and audio is visible and audible respectively. We witnessed an average crowd of about 30-40 members in Google Meet.

             We even had Student Coordinators from fourth year i.e Shruthi Reddy and Shravan KC who’s support was throughout the journey.
